CANCELLATION POLICY
We understand that life happens and schedules can change. To ensure fairness to both our clients and business, we kindly ask that all cancellations or reschedules be made at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellation’s made 48 hours or more in advance will not be charged a cancellation fee. Your deposit is non-refundable, but may be credited towards a future booking. Cancellation’s made less than 48 hours in advance of a no show will incur a fee equally to 100% of the service cost. Your deposit will not be credited towards a future booking.
